To Whom It May Concern,

As of right now, our supply chain is not directly being affected by the world wide pandemic.  Our only indirect complication is regarding times associated with import activities of our products.  There are a few KeHe POs that have not been able to be picked up because we currently have a container on an FDA hold pending lab results.  This type of hold is not new to us, however we were told by FDA inspector that the release could be delayed because of the virus.  Once an FDA release is obtained, we will notify you to arrange pick up of all pending orders.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that as of today, the factory in Colombia has guaranteed supplies for the next few months and that you can count on TOOPS cereal for KeHE clients who currently carry it and even those who don’t; understanding that there might be supply gaps of other products.
