Retail Order Processing

In-stock retail orders are generally prepared within 2–5 business days. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change during holidays, product launches or periods of high demand.

Shipping Charges and Delivery

Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are presented during checkout or confirmed before an order is accepted. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Wholesale and Distributor Orders

Wholesale, retailer and distributor shipments are governed by the accepted quotation, purchase order, freight arrangement or separate commercial agreement. Pallet, less-than-truckload and special handling charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Inspect deliveries promptly. Visible damage, shortages or incorrect items should be reported to True North Trading within five calendar days of delivery, with the order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

Service Area

Online availability and eligible delivery areas vary by product, brand and territory. An order may be declined or adjusted when a product cannot be sold or shipped to the requested destination.
